It is used for lifting long insulating (handling) sticks of short-circuiting sets, within which it is driven into the ground, thus reliably fixing the lower end of the rod and thus facilitating its lifting to an upright position.
The lifter is suitable for bars with a bottom diameter of up to 50 mm.
